Child Blessings
Services for Baptisms are arranged in discussion with the parents.
They can be in the form of a traditional Christening or as a Naming
Ceremony. Members of the family and friends are encouraged to take part
with readings, prayers or a musical offering.
These ceremonies can take place either at the Church or in the home.
Ceremonies
On July 19th 2009: Morgan Murchie from the Republic of Ireland.
On 25th April 2010: Samantha Birrell of 58 Wind St.
On Sept. 17th 2011 at
Highland Place, Emrys son of Laura and
Archie Murchie (from Ireland) and grandson of
Gwyn and Marlene Morgan, Hirwaun. Brother
Morgan was present also to witness the event.
