Dru Yoga classes

Monday mornings from 11 to 12.30,

The classes are in a flowing style, include a deep relaxation and encourage using yoga to meet your own needs not achieving a fixed target result. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and don't eat for an hour or so before the session.

Nia

Tuesdays 10.00a.m. Nia is a fusion of three dance styles with elements from martial arts such as Tai Chi and healing arts such as Yoga. All classes include soul stirring music and can be danced barefoot. You move at a level which is appropriate for your body. The classes last for an hour.

Cost £5.00 ( your first class is half price)
