Our faith community last flourished in Colchester at the beginning of the 19th Century, when a meeting house was owned for about six years in the Dutch Quarter (the area where Protestant refugees from the Low Countries had settled in the town).
We are now part of a worldwide faith community, partly remaining within liberal Christianity, and partly reflecting other forms of spirituality drawn from other faith communities.
