Services at Dukinfield Old Chapel

Services at Dukinfield are held at 2.00 pm most Sundays during which we express our beliefs through prayer, reflection, readings, singing and music. They are led by our minister, visiting speakers and with occasional services conducted by or including our children. Our services are held in our Chapel, but may be held in our Community Hall whilst finishing touches are completed to phase 1 of our restoration work in Chapel.

We explore together spiritual belief and practice and seek to find meaning and harmony in today's world. Our worship provides us with time when we can reflect on the everyday world, and find sanctuary and solace, inspiration and comfort enveloped in the spiritual atmosphere of our historic and beautiful chapel.

Our services of worship can be viewed as a celebration of our deepest values. We see our religious beliefs as relevant to all aspects of life.

The key words 'Freedom, Reason and Tolerance' are important to us. We are united in our belief in freedom and thought, tolerance of, and respect for, others' beliefs and in letting each person follow the direction indicated by our own conscience.

All visitors and enquirers are made most welcome.
