In April 2012 at the General Assembly meetings at Keele University, Myrna was welcomed on to the Role of Ministers by President Rev. Dr. Ann Peart and Chief Officer, Derek McAuley. General Assembly photograph by Giles Croucher The Minister conducts 25 of the Sunday services each year, and has initiated midweek services on the second Wednesday of each month, and using her musical expertise organises the "Last Friday" concert series at lunchtime (12.30 p.m.) on the last Friday of each month from March to November. |
Myrna Michell commenced her ministry with York Unitarians on 1st August 2009 as a Lay Pastor.
After further study at Unitarian College, Manchester, and York St. John University, Myrna became a Minister on
the Roll of the General Assembly of Unitarian and Free Christian Churches.
