As individuals seeking to build our lives on our own values and perceptions, we need sometimes to find a place where we can sit back, take stock, and review how it is all going. That works even better when we have kind and compassionate support in doing so.

Here in the Macclesfield Unitarian community we undertake to nurture one another's journey, so we create a regular opportunity to sit quietly and attentively together, listening to one another as we each take stock and seek to regain an overall perspective on what is happening in our lives.

Rather than a discussion or a debate, this is a conversation. And in a Perspectives conversation we seek to offer understanding and encouragement - a safe place to be, and to think aloud - rather than to offer advice or solutions.
