We offer a weekly practice of Mindfulness Meditation.

Mindfulness is prescribed by the NHS as a useful practice to alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety.

People of all faiths and none will be warmly invited to join our Mindfulness practice. It will consist of Guided Mindfulness Meditation, Walking Meditation, Eating Together Mindfully and Sharing our Insights.
